What are we looking for
We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to join our team. As a Senior Product Associate, you will manage the product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals, and translate business needs into technology solutions while ensuring optimal product performance and user-friendly experiences.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing product backlogs and functional requirements
- Research and implementation for new and existing use cases
- Defining use cases, user stories, user journeys and business goals
- Work with cross-functional teams (including engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to ensure product development is aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly product experiences
- Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact product development
- Running sprints with the technology team and reporting performance
- Enabling best in the market product features through research
- Work alongside product managers to create robust execution plans
- Work alongside customer experience team to analyze customer/client feedback and convert it into actionable specifications
- Lead testing product features to ensure delivering exceptional products
- Assist in managing product development in thematic areas including systems infrastructure, API products, API and SDK integration channels, internal and external facing portals and interfaces, internal tools
- Work closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs. Transform the business needs into useful & valuable technology solutions for our customers and end users
- Manage product roadmap, including vision, market and competitive intelligence, customer discovery, requirements, prioritisation, adoption, sales and implementation support, and marketing and communications support
- Manage the product development lifecycle covering ideation, scope, design, validations, PRD (product requirements document) development, UAT (user acceptance test) and releases
- Establish governance and procedures throughout the full product life-cycle
You should apply if
- You have at least 3 years of digital product management experience within the SaaS and enterprise IT sectors, building products in-house from scratch.
- You have a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- You have a deep understanding of and experience in building APIs, SDKs, and other integration mechanisms.
- You have driven key elements of the product development lifecycle, from product vision to scaling, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
- You understand the Pakistani and global digital innovation space and technologies.
- You love processes, execution plans, and have a knack for documentation.
- You are strongly detail-oriented.
- You are a life-long learner, naturally exploring new markets and technologies.
- You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude, always ready to take on initiatives.
- You are comfortable adjusting course in response to feedback and new information.
