What are we looking for
We are seeking a Card Operations Manager to strengthen our business operations team. The individual in this role will be responsible for end-to-end card operations including stakeholder management, customer satisfaction, timely settlements, resolving disputes, and driving post-launch evaluations for process enhancements.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure smooth Payment Card Operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external technology teams to ensure timely completion of card-related projects.
- Collaborate with Card Schemes to implement new initiatives.
- Manage coordination with Card bureaus to meet SLAs for card personalization, delivery, and inventory.
- Engage with various stakeholders for the implementation of new card initiatives and product programs.
- Meet Customer Satisfaction SLAs.
- Ensure timely settlement and reconciliation processes.
- Resolve transaction disputes promptly.
- Maintain awareness of product status and roadmap risks throughout the organization.
- Drive post-launch evaluations and internal process enhancements.
You should apply if
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a bank or financial institution
- You have thorough experience of card processing infrastructure, operations, and ecosystems
- Familiarity with card scheme certifications including Visa and Mastercard will be preferred
- You are comfortable with fluid startup environments where things are evolving.
- You have strong interpersonal & communication skills
- You are detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in the MS Office suite especially Excel as well as working knowledge of Slack, Notion and google workspace
